We provide island wide delivery to your door step.
Minimum Delivery Order : S$10
Order Amount S$10 - S$19 : Delivery Charge of $5
Order Amount S$20 - S$39 : Delivery Charge of $3
Order Amount S$40 above : Free Delivery
We recommend hand delivery to ensure that the jewellery will not be easily damaged through normal postage mail.
However, if you wish to use the normal postage service, please indicate in your email. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage of jewellery during normal postage service.

Order that is received before 3PM, an order confirmation will be send to you on the same day. Order that is received after 3PM, an order confirmation will be send to you on the following day.
Upon confirmation of your order, payment can be proceeded.

After Sales Service
Starry Shop provide all customers with after sales service. If the jewellery you purchase from us is spoil within 1 week (does not apply for normal postage delivery), you can send it back to us, we will repair for you at no cost.
After which the following repair charges will be imposed (Exclude delivery charges - flat rate of $2).
